M&M Contracting originally started solely as a demolition
contractor, but has steadily grown into a diverse company capable
of performing multiple site activities. Our concentration has
been on efficiency, therefore our goal is to eliminate as much
routine downtime from site work activities as possible. At the
same time we are always looking to capitalize on the value engineering
ideas that are viable through the combination of our demolition,
recycling, site work and paving capabilities.
The combination of our services benefits general contractors
as well as owners or developers. When selected as the subcontractor
for multiple activities within a project, mobilization costs
can be significantly minimized, since the majority of our equipment
can be utilized for various activities, and scheduling conflicts
are notably reduced. Simultaneously, the GC also receives the
convenience of holding one company accountable as opposed to
many.
For the developers, M&M can demolish existing buildings
to eliminate taxes that would otherwise be paid and recycle
the concrete, stockpiling the material for later use. Through
the use of our concrete crusher and screeners, M&M’s
recycling operation can process existing concrete into usable
select fill or base material. When this option is chosen, both
time and money involved with material and freight can be significantly
reduced.
M&M Contracting is always open to ideas for the use of our

to expand our services to not only improve our efficiency, but
