Paving Area: 594,000 SF
Ft. Sam DRMO provided a long term parking lot for deployed soldiers.
Scheduling issues arose because of access to the project and
phasing of activities. M&M was forced to close streets to
improve mobilization times to remain on schedule. The scope
of work also included demolition of existing warehoused and
roads.

Acres: 4
Pad Area: 62,000 SF
Paving Area: 62,500 SF
The HEB Distribution Center was a 3 year project located along
the Pan-Am Expressway. It was a combination project that included
the demolition of existing concrete, preparing subgrades, concrete
and flowable fill work. M&M worked directly with HEB and
handled all coordination with the HEB staff. Frieght trucks
were running 24 hours a day while warehouse departments continued
to operate as the project allowed; the meat department was not
distubed during holiday weekends and the ice cream plant was
uneffected during hot summer months. For the majority of the
project, only 3 -4 bays were demolished at a time to accomodate
HEB's intentions.
