M&M demo crews and site crews worked closely together for
a long duration on this Galaxy Builder's project. Over 120 military
homes had to be demolished making room for 170 new homes. All
existing concrete and asphalt was crushed and recycled into
new building pads. The project itself was on a very tight schedule,
requiring extensive coordination between all M&M crews and
other trades on site. With the project being design build and
multiple trades on site, M&M strategically operated in a
manner to keep traffic interference at a minimum to aid in the
projects success.

Word Retirement Community

Paving Area: 44,000 SF
The location of the Incarnate Word Retirement Home restricted
mobilization and access to and from the site to a single residential
street. Crews accommodated the restriction and still delivered
M&M quality services. Excavation for the extension of the
existing facility along with paving operations were provided
by M&M.
