M&M takes every effort to complete each job as safely as
possible. For the past ten years, M&M has implemented a
safety incentive program for all of its employees. Not only
does each field member participate in an in-house safety training,
he or she is also 10 hour OSHA certified.
To further insure the safety on our projects M&M employs
an independent safety consultant to provide routine training
and site inspections. M&M’s safety record also benefits
from our insurance and bonds risk management teams.
As with every other aspect of the company, M&M is continuously
striving to improve our safety programs. Our efforts are primarily
aimed toward the safety of our workers, but simultaneously provide
our clients with the peace of mind that when M&M is onsite,
the project will run smoothly and safely every time. |
