Over 150,000 cy of dirt was moved to complete dirt operations
for the Amphitheatre. There was no demo on this site, but the
existing polo field was completely stripped of its topsoil to
prepare construction for the new berm, which was to provide
seating for all future concerts. Multiple scrapers and dozers
were utilized to perform dirt work. M&M used two paving
crews to complete the vast asphalt paving and gravel surfaces.

The pad for the Ice Rink was the most crucial portion of the
project because of the importance of the facilities operation;
ice skating. Both clay and rock were encountered during excavation,
both of which were performed in house. Like the Kohls, this
project was on a sensitive area in the Edwards Aquifer Recharge
Zone. M&M prepped for sidewalks and also provided paving
services for the GC.
