Project Overview
This 24 story, octagonal faceted tower stands 300 feet tall and encompasses total 460,000 square feet. M&M Contracting was honored to join the Clark Construction team in constructing this shining addition to the San Antonio skyline. The project began with the demolition of an existing motor bank and parking lot. The existing intertwined mature oak trees required additional care during the demolition and excavation of the new tower footprint. As with any project in the downtown San Antonio area, this project was completed with an emphasis on safety and minimal interruption to surrounding businesses and traffic flow.
