Project Overview
This brand new HEB at IH 35 and FM 306 in New Braunfels is an anchor of the ongoing development of in the San Antonio – Austin corridor. This project included a 135,000 sf store with 46,000 sf of additional retail space located on a 30 acre site. The project also included over 25,000 cy of excavation for a drainage channel and 14 acres of asphalt paving.
