Project Overview
This “boutique” size market is the crown jewel of the downtown San Antonio revitalization. With the increase in housing development in the downtown area, this store provides an excellent location for walk-in customers. This location also provides patio seating to enjoy coffee or a quick lunch-break for local business people. The project required demolition of existing structures and parking lots. Some of the original paving materials were reclaimed and recycled for use in the building pad construction.
