Project Overview
The former Brook Army Medical Center at Ft. Sam Houston was renamed San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC) in 2011. Construction of an additional 760,000 sf of hospital space was begun in 2009 and completed on 2011 making it the US Defense Department’s largest inpatient hospital. M&M Contracting’s largest contribution to the complex was in excess of 20 acres of grading and asphalt paving. We previously had completed sitework on the adjacent Battlefield Trauma Center and the privately funded Center for the Intrepid.
